Privately owned since 1976, about sixty of us across four offices. You’ll sit near the directors, you’ll go to site, and you’ll have your name on drawings in your first year.
One studio, four disciplines
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and energy sit together. You learn how a whole building works, not one slice of it.
Real site time
Site inspections, commissioning and defect walks from early on. Design decisions make more sense once you’ve stood in the plant room.

Stadiums, hospitals, universities, airports and defence projects — buildings you’ll drive past for the rest of your life.
Regional careers, not regional ceilings
Our Toowoomba, Townsville and Darwin teams work on the same calibre of project as Brisbane, with the same progression.
Students
Still studying?
We offer work experience programs for engineering students, structured to meet your university’s practical experience requirement — supervised, on live projects, and signed off.
We also offer part-time cadetships, so you can work and study at the same time and learn the job by doing it. Cadets finish their degree with real project experience behind them.
Graduates
Just finished?
We run a graduate program across all four disciplines. You’ll join a team, be given real work early, and be supported toward RPEQ and NER with a mentor who’s accountable for your development.
