This brand new 3-storey office building sits on the fringe of Toowoomba and provides working spaces for multiple consultants.

Designed in collaboration with Sims White Architects, who were also part of the development consortium and have their office on the top floor, this building provides brilliant natural lighting and modern amenities for the client. With a total project value of about $5 million, Ashburner Francis incorporated energy efficient techniques to ensure minimal running costs.
