Autohaus Newstead – Mercedes-Benz

Ashburner Francis produced the detailed design documentation for this first-of-its-kind 34,000m2 Mercedes-Benz flagship dealership and lifestyle precinct.

The project was delivered by John Holland in a D&C methodology with Ashburner Francis providing peer review services for the client. The project cost approximately $110 million to deliver and has set a magnificent example for luxury car houses across the southern hemisphere.
