INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

In 2012, we designed building services for an extension to the Live Bird facility for a poultry farming company in regional New South Wales, under a D&C contract with a builder. The project involved live bird sheds, battery charge room, two-storey carton storage room, services building with transformer, and new weighbridges.

In 2013 we were engaged again for the design and construction of a new protein plant in regional New South Wales and provided consultancy services including electrical, dry fire, communications, and security. The project included a new weigh bridge, bio-filter, boiler house and switchroom, and involved a facility with a large amount of equipment used for the processing of poultry. Wet processing and dry processing areas, bio-treatments, and load-in load-out areas were integrated into the facility which replaced an existing fire-damaged facility adjacent to the site.
