Maranoa Regional Council Solar system
RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT
Maranoa Regional Council is drawing on solar energy to help keep costs low, while fuelling fun in Australia’s sunny north, with a total of 710kW across 13 council facilities including town halls, swimming pools, art galleries, and libraries.
An initial estimate on Council electricity bills has been approximated to $208,000 per year, which will be greatly reduced with the introduction of the Solar system. This job required detailed energy audits to provide the most thorough project outcome.
