Royal Darwin Hospital – Chemotherapy Expansion and New Cyclotron Facility

The Northern Territory and Australian Governments made a commitment to providing access for Territorians to improved detection and treatment of cancer in Darwin.

Ashburner Francis was selected as the Electrical Consultant for both the expansion of the Alan Walker Cancer Care Centre, ($12M) the new Cyclotron facility ($27M) and the PET/CT scanner facility. These projects took 5 years to complete.
