Karel has extensive mechanical engineering experience and expertise. As such, he is relentless in the pursuit of identifying effective and practical solutions to complex project challenges. An asset to design teams across multiple sectors (including Defence, commercial and industrial projects, as well as education, health, aged-care and retirement work) Karel’s technical knowledge is highly regarded.

A natural collaborator, Karel effectively navigates consultant and stakeholder management. An expert in HVAC, he also has extensive experience in vertical transportation and fire sprinkler systems.
